Unlicensed people are not offered real estate settlement-service referral fees.

Can wholesalers submit deals?

Yes. The strongest submissions include property address, contract price, asking assignment fee, ARV, repair estimate, photos, access instructions, closing timeline, proof of assignability, and seller/contract status. Deals must be real, controlled, and presented clearly.

Can contractors become preferred vendors?

Potentially. We look at service area, response time, pricing, insurance, licensing where required, reviews, work quality, communication, and ability to support homeowners, sellers, buyers, landlords, and investors.

Can overseas VAs and freelancers apply?

Can I join the investor buyer list?
